the office of public Prosecutor together with other law enforcement agencies continues to struggle with gambling, which is banned in Ukraine. In particular, in the period from 11 to 13 July 2017 for the procedural management of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office investigators Rivne police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Rivne region and employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Rivne region JO National police of Ukraine conducted a series of authorized searches, the results of which exposed and stopped the activities of the 9 institutions that are contrary to the Law of Ukraine "About a gaming ban in Ukraine" carried out illegal activities to provide access to gambling with the possibility of receiving prizes. Underground game halls operated in the regional center in the streets Chornovola, Kiev, Princess Olga, Stepan Bandera, Peresopnitsky under the guise of the spread of lotteries and Internet cafes. Law enforcement authorities seized 175 system units, 168 monitors, and other accessories. The evidence base also joined the seized documents, draft records, the funds allegedly obtained as a result of illegal activities. These investigations conducted in the framework of criminal proceedings, which is being investigated under part 1 of the Art. 203-2 of the criminal code of Ukraine upon illegal occupation of gambling business. Procedural guidance pre-trial investigation is carried out by the Kiev local Prosecutor's office. To conduct the necessary investigations to establish the organizers and other persons involved in illegal activities, with the aim of bringing to liability as prescribed by law.
