In Vinnytsia oblast the three robbers of a jewelry store is declared suspicion
For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region down 17.07.2017 it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime, provided part 4 of article 187 of the criminal code of Ukraine, the three persons who made an armed attack on a jewelry store in the center of Vinnitsa. Pre-trial investigation established that three persons previously convicted, in advance of taking with him a knife, a hammer and devices for shooting of rubber bullets to commit robbery, in the afternoon, 16.07.2017, car «Daewoo Lanos” with the Vinnytsia check under'were driving and stopped near a jewelry store, OOO «amber LTD». Continuing to perform joint criminal intention directed on Commission of assault with the purpose of taking possession of jewelry, the criminals ran into the room from a particular store, in order to overcome possible resistance on the part of the guard, had applied in respect of his physical strength and the device for shooting of rubber bullets. The robbers shot him several times in the stomach and leg, and then struck the man several blows with a hammer on the head. After that, the hammers smashing the glass Windows, took control of jewelry weighing more than 1 kg, worth an estimated 500 000 UAH. But far could not get away. Law enforcement officers quickly arrested the intruders. During inspection of the detainees and said car found and removed: pistols “TT Maxi”, “PMR 9mm”, “Stalker" of the three shops, filled cartridges, mobile radio ‘UV ’ 3”, mobile phone “Siemens”, cloth sleeves, hammers, shopping bags, in which there were 24 stalls with jewelry, tagged with tags the producer of “amber”, "Jeweler of the Elite”, “Maxella”, “Golden age”. Vinnitsa city court directed the election petition robbers preventive measures. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds.
