Khust local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against the head of one of the enterprises Irshava district, who illegally took control of funds of the local budget in the amount of almost 50 thousand UAH. As reported in Khust local Prosecutor's office, pre-installed, the head of the company, acting deliberately, from mercenary motives, with the purpose of illegal enrichment by the conclusion of the contract on execution of repair works of roads in one of the rural councils Irshava district, made knowingly false information in the acts of acceptance of the performed construction works. The above actions of officials are qualified under part 2 of article 191 and part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine. It is also worth noting that the criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine, according to the notes to article 45 of the criminal code of Ukraine refers to corruption offences. According to the sanction of the above-mentioned articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the suspect faces a sentence of deprivation or limitation of liberty for a term up to 5 years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities up to 3 years.
