In Vinnitsa area the evasion of paying taxes will have to answer in court
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on tax evasion one of the enterprises in Vinnytsia oblast in the amount of 725 thousand UAH. So, officials of the company in the implementation of activities in the import of goods for the period from 01.08.2015 03.02.2015, through the lowering of tax obligations’commitments and unjustified overestimation of the tax credit on the VAT evaded from payment of value added tax in the amount of 725 thousand hryvnia, which led to the actual shortfall in the state budget funds in significant amounts. During the investigation, the court seized 178 thousand UAH, which are contained in the Bank accounts of the company and be recovered to the state budget of Ukraine.
