For the principled position of the public Prosecutor, the verdict of Tyachiv district court of K. the accused convicted of a deadly accident two persons (part 3 article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Pre-trial investigation found and the court confirmed that the accused, in S. Vanhove Tyachiv district, while in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication grossly violated traffic Rules and ran into standing on the side of cyclists. In the accident, two young people died at the scene. Tyachiv district court of Transcarpathian found guilty under part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine and sentenced to 8 years 6 months of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to 3 years.
