In region started the project "second life of the castles of Ternopil"
Ternopil regional state administration with the support of National reserve "Castles of Ukraine", Kremenecko-Pochayiv state historic and architectural reserve together with the Department of Informatics and its teaching methods TSMU them. V. Hnatiuk started the project "the second life of the castles of Ternopil." During the seventh meeting of the Council of tourist cities and regions of Ukraine the draft was presented by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna. According to him, the aim of the project – a computer reconstruction and 3D printing of the castles of Ternopil, which are now in dilapidated condition, to restore the architecture of fortifications of antiquity. At the same time, the importance of this project lies in the fact that these locks are of great tourist, historic and recreational potential of the region. "In the presented 3D model of Kremenets castle, which is printed on a 3D printer. This printer is presented in a modern STEM-center of the pedagogical University, the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of Ternopil Oleg Barna, Igor I, Nicholas Lushniak, Taras Eureka. Now at the stage of computer development is still a model of Terebovlya castle. The plans of the project 3D reconstruction of all the iconic castles of Ternopil region in order to show to all Ukraine as it was these locks, even before the destruction. The project has already started and in the future, all models will be stored in one location, and, in particular, in the Museum, for further support in the format of virtual reality", – said Stepan Barna.
