28 Jul began the work of the XVI session of the Ternopil city Council. At least the day before, unknown persons carried out targeted actions in order to disrupt the session, but they failed. In particular, the evening of 27 July, unknown persons, some of whom were from other cities started to build tents and to bring their various items under the walls of the local authority. They also tried before the beginning of working hours on July 28 to get inside the premises of the city Council and knocked the door. "City Council – is about’object of public property and taxpayers ' money should not again spend money for repair of doors and premises, and should be directed to the development of the city. However, those people who committed this violation was not interested - said the mayor. – I Want to thank law enforcement officers, and deputies who have gathered for session of the Ternopol city Council for the development of the city. Deputies work and make important decisions for the city”. By the way, also, the session had the opportunity to be citizens who are concerned about the issue of building peat’drunken boilers. In response to the performance of them, the deputies voted for the establishment of a Commission of members of the public, experts and deputies, who will work on the development of alternative energy in Ternopil.
