the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine will publish lists of applicants that have received recommendations for enrollment into places of government order, at 18:00 on 1 August 2017. This decision was made because of the treatment admissions officers of UNIVERSITIES with a request to provide them additional time to complete the validation of calculation of rural coefficient (IC). At the end of last week the audit of MES, which took place as the final stage of validation of data received, identified numerous cases of unjustified appropriation by the selection committees of the universities of this factor. In particular, the Ministry of education has revealed a considerable list of educational institutions (schools) that are not explicitly located in the territory of settlements of the countryside, but the graduates of which the selection Committee has assigned the SK, which is equal to 1.02. In this list, for example, were educational institutions (schools) major cities – Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi and others (the list of such schools published on the SE "Inforesurs"). The corresponding letter with a demand to eliminate violations and to conduct a re-verification of assignment statements coming to rural ratio to 22:00 on 31 July 2017 was sent to the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, the heads of all institutions of higher education and the Director of SE "Inforesurs". — "Very important for us justice address the placement of state order, so the selection Committee should be very serious to the validation data of each applicant," - said the Minister of education and science of Ukraine Liliya Hrynevych.
