Chernivtsi: the Construction of houses in Rivne,10 finishes, LLC "Gpasswd"
City Council endorsed OOO "Barbod" the completion of the 9-story 229-unit apartment houses with inbuilt-attached garages for 50 cars on the street, Rivne, 10. In accordance with the approved project agreement on the completion of this construction, a share of the Chernivtsi city Council in the fifth block section from additional 13 apartments and sixth block-sections of the object in the amount of 20 % of the total area. This proportion can be obtained as in square meters building area, and in terms of money metric indirect cost of construction housing in Chernivtsi region, approved by Order of Ministry of regional development at the time of calculation. The General contractor (JSC "Gpasswd") shall pay a share to the introduction of the 5-th and 6-th block sections in operation. Chernivtsi mayor Alex Kaspruk initiated an appeal to the Prosecutor with a request to take nacontrol criminal proceedings against the previous Builder.
