Rivne region completed the investigation of a double murder committed by the Prosecutor Ternopil region
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have provided an objective investigation and 28.07.2017 sent to the court indictment in respect of the employee of Prosecutor's office of the Ternopil region, which had committed a premeditated murder of two persons (the signs of the crime provided p. 1 of part 2 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Based on the collected investigative and legal Prosecutor of the evidence, the reasonable man is accused 01.04.2017 made with the use of firearms and premeditated murder of his father – the pensioner of the internal Affairs bodies and his wife. The event took place in a private home in Dubno, Rivne region, where an attacker fired at least 6 shots in different body parts of the victims. Both from the received gunshot wounds has died: a 43-year – old woman at the scene, 55-year-old father – later in the hospital. Court against the accused a preventive measure in the form of house arrest and at the request of the Prosecutor Rivne region is discharged of a post. Due to the fact that the sanction incriminated article of the criminal code provides for punishment of imprisonment for life, procedural Prosecutor explained to the accused the right to consideration of an indictment against him by the jury.
