Chernivtsi: Approved the Program,which will improve the housing conditions of about 100 families of ATO participants

At the regular session of the city Council in the new edition of the Program of housing provision and Procedure of granting material assistance to target areas for housing the participants of the ATO in need of better housing conditions. The implementation of the Program for 2017-2020 years it is planned to allocate 100 million hryvnia. In 2017, funding will be 40 million, the next three years to 20 million. Funding is at the expense of the city budget of the city of Chernivtsi within the approved city budget for the relevant year and other sources not prohibited by current legislation of Ukraine. The Programme will provide financial aid earmarking for housing the persons who participated in the ATO and will improve the living conditions of 80-100 families. Financial aid earmarking for housing under this Program is a contribution of the city Council in logistical support, improving the social protection of participants of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine who are registered and reside in Chernivtsi. To help expect combatants, including soldiers of the volunteer forces who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and was directly involved in the ATO in the East of Ukraine, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of anti-terrorist operation during its implementation and on the account of the persons needing improvement of housing conditions. The first material will help individuals who have a wound, contusion or injury received during participation in the ATO and are invalids of the third group; the combatants in the ATO area, who are disabled veterans of the third group and are registered as persons in need of better housing conditions, the Executive Committee of Chernivtsi city Council after the decision of the Commission on consideration of applications and calculating the amount of financial assistance target areas for housing, be patacharkuchi until you make the next decisions of the Commission. In second place – ATO members who are fathers of large families, and also persons from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, the status of which is defined by the current legislation. Third priority – other participants of the ATO. The order is determined by the date of the decision by the Executive Committee of Chernivtsi city Council about taking on members of ATU in need of better housing conditions.
