This said the Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Igor Gundich in the program "Open Studio" on the channel "W1" yesterday, March 29. — "In General, due to state support and collaboration with the local authorities for the reconstruction of the road and social facilities of Zhytomyr region in 2018 we plan to use up to 2 billion UAH. For the construction and reconstruction of objects 228 million UAH gives us the State Fund of regional development, the local budget co-finances 30% of project costs. However, it is nearly 300 million UAH for projects to be implemented under the program DRR. Among the most ambitious projects 2018 – reconstruction of Center of rehabilitation of ATO participants, the cost of which is about 28 million, completion of works at the stadium "Polesie". We also plan to open 5 new gardens, to build 3 schools. As you can see, first we restore the social facilities are important for local communities and region", – said Igor Gundich. — Also the head of the region emphasized that at the initiative of the President of Ukraine in the development program of rural medicine, which aims to restore the clinics in the villages. — "Zhytomyr region for the development of rural clinics from the state budget envisages nearly UAH 190 mln. This program is designed for 2018-2019. this year we plan to build 10 new clinics in 2 years – 35 rural health centres for 1-2 physician. And plan to make the reconstruction of the 8-9 units. Also for these funds will purchase equipment and vehicles for rural clinics", – said the head of RSA. According to Igor Gundicha, about 1,5 billion UAH provided for the repair of roads in 2018: "From a road background the government allocates Zhytomyr region 617 million UAH from the funds of the customs of the experiment, we have 116 million. On the road H-03 Chernivtsi-Zhitomir allocated 300 million UAH and on the Service road 630 million UAH. Together that's about 1.5 billion UAH for the construction and reconstruction of roads of state and local significance".
