To choose a family doctor can every resident of the region regardless of their place of residence, regardless of nationality and age. This process will last until the end of the year", – said Lydia Tchaikovsky. By the way, the funds that the government allocates additional funding for primary care – do not apply to medical subvention received by the region from the state budget.
