Shopping and entertainment centres, commercial enterprises, shopping malls, multifunctional budnyky and complexes, cultural and entertainment and leisure establishments, as well as preschool and General educational institutions, health institutions and agencies with the inpatient treatment will check for compliance with fire safety regulations. This was announced by the head of the State service of Ukraine on emergency situations in the Ternopil region the Colonel of service of civil protection Victor Mosley during the weekly Skype meetings with the chairmen of RGA and GSS, which took place in regional state administration. According to him, following the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28 March, the Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of internal Affairs, the State service for emergency situations together with local authorities to begin large-scale inspections of all places of a mass congestion of people. "Already compiled a list and a timetable unscheduled inspections of establishments for compliance with fire safety regulations. During the inspections will be carried out practical trainings with staff on actions in case of threat or occurrence of emergency situations and fires, in particular with respect to ensuring the safe and fast evacuation of people. Special attention is paid to the condition of escape routes and exits, the availability and technical condition of systems of automatic fire protection and alarm, indoor and outdoor fire water", – informed Victor Mosley. In case of violation of requirements of fire safety, failure to meet requirements about elimination of violations of requirements of the legislation, will be undertaken according to the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences. "The request of the Prime Minister and the Chairman of service of an uncompromising position by the owners of the objects. According to the results of unscheduled inspections will be informed by the bodies of Executive power and bodies of local self-government.
