This year 45 consolidated territorial communities in Zhytomyr region will receive 164,6 mln UAH government grant for infrastructure development. This is the largest volume of infrastructure grants among the regions of Ukraine. The distribution of the amount of subventions to the formation of the infrastructure of the United territorial community in 2018 approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine last week. Most funds received: oleska GSS – 17,6 million UAH, Milcinski GSS – 10.1 million UAH, Ovruch GSS – 9.8 million UAH, Narodytska GSS – 9.2 million UAH, Slovechansko GSS – 7.4 million UAH, Baranovskaya GSS – 6 million UAH. According to the Director of the Department of urban planning, architecture, construction, housing and utilities of the Novel schebetova community of Zhytomyr region this year have only 2 months to present their projects. — "For two months, until June 2018, GSS should totally make a list of projects to be implemented due to the infrastructure subsidy, and submit it for approval to the RSA. Only then the list of objects along with documents send to the Ministry of regional development. From now on, a means of subventions can be used on major repairs of objects of municipal infrastructure and major repair of streets and roads. As well as subvention may be used to Finance other programs and projects implemented at the expense of state and local budgets", – commented Roman chirps. Thus, the community will have nearly six months on the implementation of these projects – construction and repair work for means of a subvention will occur in summer and autumn, under favorable weather. Financial resource if it can direct on: * development of design, urban planning documentation; * improving the quality of administrative services; * the creation of modern systems of governance; the reconstruction, alteration, conversion of buildings of budgetary institutions consolidated territorial communities; * new construction, reconstruction, repair of streets, roads, bridges, crossings of public property; the purchase of vehicles for transportation of children to educational institutions, vehicles of special purpose; * other measures in respect of objects of communal property, which are important to enhance the ability of the local community, ensuring an appropriate level of security and protection, and the like.
