About it said Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Yaroslav Laguta during a conference call with the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavel Rozenko on April 10. — "In the Zhytomyr region on 2 April in normal mode launched the first phase of reforming the healthcare industry. As of 12 850 thousand inhabitants of the region signed a Declaration with the doctors. In the electronic system E-Health was 619 physicians, representing more than 90% of all. Of the 40 agencies that provide primary care, the system was 32, and now we are working to reach 100%," said Yaroslav Laguta. According to the Vice-Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko, with more than 305 thousand Ukrainians chose doctors in E-Health was already 1030 institutions. At the same time he appealed to the Ministry of health and the state administration with the requirement to ensure the effective implementation of health reform at all levels. — "I demand from the Ministry of health and the state administration react to the sabotage of health reform. On each fact of creation of artificial barriers to the establishment of the system should be an instant reaction, who is not concerned, or any officer level or the chief physician, up to and including dismissal. If a person can not make a rapid reform implementation, then it is not on its place", – said Deputy Prime Minister. Pavlo Rozenko also urged citizens to report any issues that arise during the selection of a physician, or the signing of the Declaration, at the government "hot line" toll-free number 15-45. "Especially now, in the first months, it is very important to establish effective communications with citizens, to the system in a timely manner and in full work.
