Zhytomyr: change the price of gas to consumers in the region
From April 1, 2016 came into effect new rules under which consumers have to pay for natural gas under two contracts: for the used gas – supplier, and for delivery of gas – gas distribution company. Payment for use of gas transportation system – a fixed monthly payment, the amount of which is established by state body (NCRCP) depending on what gas appliances and meter available to the consumer. According to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers ¹234 from 30.03.2016 G. in April 2016 the price of gas for households remained unchanged. That is, retail prices for social consumers are: Price (for 1 cubic meter) and the cost of gas according to the norms (for 1 person per month), RS. From 1 January 2016 NCRCP set the tariff for distribution services of natural gas PJSC "zhytomyrgaz" in the amount of UAH 627,30. for 1,000 cubic meters (excluding VAT). Part of the funds received as payment for transportation services is spent on production activities and on labor – it takes almost 80 % of tariff revenues.
