The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region taken charge of the investigation into the attempted murder of a young child
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region was taken to control criminal proceedings, registered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense provided part 2 of article 15, paragraph 2 of part 2 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (attempt at murder of the juvenile child). Terrible event occurred in Lypovets'kyi district. Mother tried to take the life of his infant child, causing her bodily injury in the form of incised wounds of the right forearm. Currently a number of urgent investigative actions, as well as the issue of the appointment of the mother of forensic psychological and psychiatric examination to establish her mental state. Additionally, the sanction of part 2 of article 115 UK of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from ten up to n'atacati years or life imprisonment.
