Signed contracts on cooperation between Lutsk and Priluki rural Parliament
Recently Lutsk city and pryluts'ke village Council, at its sessions, took a decision on cooperation between the communities. So, on 28 October took place the signing of agreements on cooperation of local communities in the form of joint projects. Signatures under the document was signed by the Lutsk city mayor Mykola Romaniuk and Priluki village head Valentin Artsybasov. A total of seven, and they relate to cooperation in the spheres of transport, housing, utilities, education, health, administrative services, culture, land relations. In particular, over the period 2016-2020 is planned to implement: In the field of transport: * to prolong a route ¹ 19 "S. Hirka Polonka – str. Karbysheva" Sergei Prilutsky; * after the repair of the road on the street reunion (the former Soviet) continue the route to the village of Sapohiv. In the sphere of housing and communal services: * road repair on the street Bohun (for co-financing rural, urban and regional budgets); * repair the road down the street Catholicity S. Prilutsky, vul. Central sec. Sapohiv (in terms of raising funds in rural, urban and regional budgets, the state Fund of regional development); * removal of solid waste; * schedule the start of construction of the sewers in the village of Priluki. In the field of education: * when pre-schools to provide the opportunity for children of school age residing in the territory of the Priluki village Council, to become in an electronic queue on a par with children of preschool age residing in the city of Lutsk. * to start construction of preschool educational institution in the sec. Country. In the field of medicine: * to allocate funds in the amount of 45 thousand UAH. for the purchase of medical equipment and medicines to FAP S. Prilutsky; * to take on the service of the residents of Priluki rural Council clinic on the street. Nalivaiko, Lutsk center of primary health care ¹ 2 children's polyclinic in the street Sports, municipal institution “Lutsk clinical maternity home”, including advice from women. Administrative services: * to repair the room in the House of culture S. Prilutsky and to open a branch ZAPU. Culture: * include the House of culture S. Prilutsky in the system of cultural institutions of the city Lutsk. Earth: * to study the issue of joint use of communal land ownership pryluts'ke village Council and/or transfer the said land to the communal property of the territorial community of the city of Lutsk for the construction of new residential areas and commercial objects.
