In Volyn region responsible for deadly road accident to appear before the court
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on violation of the rules of road safety, which resulted in the death of the victim, 30-year resident of the village Rudka-Kozinskaya Rozhischensky district. On the morning of 31 December 2016, driving a car of the brand «MERCEDES-BENZ E220" and moving on the highway near the village of Kolodiazhne in the direction of Kovel, while overtaking a car “2107”, which moved ahead in the passing direction, the man left on a strip of oncoming traffic and the side of his car collided with a side part "Vase". As a result of collision “2107’ s’went into a ditch and overturned, his 81-year-old passenger were killed. A grief-the driver, who was genuinely remorseful and actively promoted disclosing of a crime, accused of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
