Thus, in January-February this year, the Finance Department of the regional state administration expenses the main managers of means of the regional budget (sector socio-cultural sector and public administration) according to registered financial liabilities in the total amount 281,5 mln., which is 85% of the budget allocations specified period and 13.5% of the annual target. In particular, in February funded 162.2 million UAH. Within 2 reporting months funded costs: wages with charges in the amount 199,3 mln. the calculations for the energy and utilities – 28,1 mln. other protected costs – in the amount of 28.5 million UAH. Volume two-month financing main managers of means of the regional budget(the costs of their assigned agencies and institutions) the following: Department of education and science of the regional state administration – UAH 76.1 million.; - The health Department of the regional state administration – UAH 160.6 million.; - Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration – UAH 18.1 million.; - Department of culture and arts administration – 17.3 million UAH.; - Management of physical culture of sports of the regional state administration you are 7,3 million UAH.; Service on children Affairs of regional state administration – 0,8 million UAH.; - Regional Council – 1.3 million UAH.; Of the total expenditure Jan-Feb 2017 (281,5 mln.) by educational subventions from the state budget funded – 25,8 million UAH. medical subvention is 131,4 mln. additional grants from the state budget to local budgets for implementation of the transferred state budget expenses on maintenance of educational institutions and health – 42.2 million UAH. the revenues of the regional budget in the amount of 82.1 mln. Thus, the coordinated work of the Finance Department of the state administration of industry with the main managers of means of the regional budget, the authorities of the State Treasury service region allowed during January and February of the current year to ensure the completeness and timeliness of payment of wages to employees of institutions and establishments financed from the regional budget, to carry out the mandated protected and other immediate expenses.
