At the regular session of the Ternopol city Council, on the initiative of the mayor Sergei gave the deputies adopted the appeal to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on social policy, employment and pensions,Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrey Parubiy and the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine in support of the bill «On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the settlement of administrative responsibility for violation of labor laws». The appeal says that the size of fines for violations of labor laws is ten times higher than for violations infringing upon the property, in the field of nature protection in industry and construction, etc. “the penalty will cause to reduce production of goods and services, eliminate jobs and increase the administrative burden on the income of individuals and employers. In accordance with this, to ensure the preservation of jobs and the loss of shadowing of the labor market and reduce social tension in the society ask you to support the draft law of Ukraine «On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the settlement of administrative responsibility for violation of labor laws», - said in the appeal. So, the maximum fine for violation of the legislation on labour of 320 000 hryvnia, while for the unauthorized use - 510 hryvnia, embezzlement – 510 hryvnias for illegal logging – 170 hryvnias for violation of nuclear safety regulations – 1700 hryvnias. The application of penalties will cause to reduce production of goods and services, eliminate jobs and increase the administrative burden on the income of individuals and employers. 25 January 2017 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft law of Ukraine No. 5711 “On introducing amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the settlement of administrative responsibility for violation of labor legislation”, the purpose of which is to avoid double liability for the same offense, the elimination of nespavost sanctions for administrative violations, the prevention of wage arrears in Ukraine.
