In the Vinnytsia region a verdict against non-humans,who killed the man,came into force
Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office has implemented procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of infliction of heavy bodily injuries to the face, which resulted in his death. Pre-trial investigation found that in March last year, two residents of Tomashpil district, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication, on the basis of the arisen aversions, came to the house of his friend and began brutally beating him. Seeing that the victim lost consciousness, the criminals ceased to cause him actual bodily harm, put him in his own house and the scene disappeared. The victim had been unconscious for more than a day and died. C’found that the offenders stole the victim this bike. The actions of the perpetrators are qualified under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine, that is, intentional grievous bodily harm committed by a group of persons, entailed death of the victim and part 2 of article 289 of the criminal code of Ukraine-illegal taking the vehicle made by a group of persons with penetration into the room. According to the results of pretrial investigations the indictment the proceedings are sent to the Tomashpil district court for consideration on the merits. Criminals pleaded not guilty, tried by his testimony to confuse the trial, but thanks to the professional public prosecution attorney and about’objectivity of the court found guilty during the consideration of the court in full. The verdict of the court criminals were found guilty of the above offences and the prescribed punishment in the form of dev’five and eleven years imprisonment, respectively.
