This was announced by the Director of the Department of economic development and trade of the Ternopil regional state administration Galina Volanic during a seminar on the theme: "Development of tspau as an integrated office and decentralization of powers on provision of administrative services", which took place on may 31 in the Ternopil regional state administration. "In the framework of decentralization in the region created the highest number of amalgamated communities, which also successfully operate Centers providing administrative services", — said Galina Volanic. Consequently, in the educational event was attended by leaders and administrators of tspau RGA, cities of regional subordination and the consolidated territorial communities. As well as heads and employees of the consolidated territorial communities, departments and authorities who are directly involved in the provision of services. During this event participants discussed the problematic issues arising from the activities of the centers of providing administrative services (of tspau), the creation and improvement of existing centers of providing administrative services based on best practices, legislative changes in the sphere of provision of administrative services and the decentralized system of provision of administrative services (on issues of state registration of issuance and the issuance of passports to citizens, social services). In addition, the adopted useful experience on the example of Snapw m. Lutsk, Volyn oblast and Shumsky community. With the state policy on creation and development of centers of providing administrative services, particularly in the United territorial communities present acquainted the head of Department of development of system of provision of administrative services of the Department of development of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy of the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine Alexander Kamenchuk. He also spoke about the unforeseen and expected changes in the legislation in the sphere of provision of administrative services and ensuring effective activities of Snapw. About the prospects for improving the system of providing administrative services and support activities of tspau, informed the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Centre for political and legal reforms Victor Tymoshchuk. In addition, he spoke about methodological developments and opportunities for attracting international technical assistance for creation and development of tspau, and improvement of administrative services in General. Given the observations and developments on funding opportunities and activities of tspau, Deputy Chairman of the management Board of the research Center for local self-government Igor Bryhilevych made a proposal to discuss about necessity of creation of city of tspau (Centers for provision of administrative services of wide range and of good quality). The results of the workshop questionnaire survey of seminar participants, the results of which summarized proposals for improvement of the situation on provision of administrative services and activities of the centers of providing administrative services. The seminar was organized with the financial support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Ukraine, as well as the assistance of the Centre for political and legal reforms (BC Kyiv) and the Centre for research of local self-government (A.
