Volhynians will stand trial for forgery of documents necessary for border crossing cars on foreign registration
Volyn region Prosecutor's office approved and submitted to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on the Commission of three residents Lubalin forgery of official documents. During 2015-2017 men in a rented house in the border village of the Starovoitov Liuboml district, committed forgery of official documents issued or certified by a notary, including statements, giving the right to carry out the crossing of the state border of Ukraine vehicles with a foreign registration and control them on the territory of Ukraine. Now they are accused of committing criminal offense under part 3 St. 358 criminal code of Ukraine. The punishment the accused will be determined by the court.
