For 2015 experts of state financial inspection in Vinnytsia region held a 167 control activities, in 125 of which found a loss more than 115.5 million UAH. In particular, thanks to the actions of geninspektora corrected the violations that led to losses of financial and material resources, more than $ 32,1 million UAH. For maximum compensation of losses of financial and material resources in the court charged 62 for a claim over $ 49.6 million UAH. On materials of audits law enforcement agencies started 33 pre-trial investigation and presented 10 written reports of suspicion of committing a criminal offence. From the beginning of the year identified the use of financial resources in violation of the legislation in the field of public procurement by abolishing 25 customers 44 trading more than 83 million USD and the termination of the contract is 1.2 million USD. Also the results 7 of state financial audits of installed inefficient use of budgetary funds and assets of business entities 31.2 million USD, more than 11.6 million UAH of losses and reserves of filling of the local budgets of $ 724 thousand. Another identified over UAH 20.1 million shortfall of funds and property that have led or may lead to the loss of nearly 260 thousand UAH reserves to increase efficiency and improve financial and operational performance of business entities and misuse of funds and property of almost 242 thousand UAH. According to the results of control measures for consideration by the local authorities, the implementers of budget programs and managers of state enterprises are 49 proposals to improve the efficient management of budget and public resources. In 74 cases, in institutions, during the audits which identified violations of applied financial sanctions in the form of a stop of operations with budgetary funds, the suspension of budgetary appropriations and reduction of budget allocations and expenditures. According to the results of control activities the heads of local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations took 142 management decisions. For committed financial violations 311 officials were brought to administrative responsibility, 99 – to disciplinary and material, including 6 people were dismissed from their posts. In addition, for the purpose of preventing and combating legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the State service for financial monitoring sent information on revealed financial transactions subject to financial monitoring, totaling more than 141,7 mn.
