Chernivtsi: city Council presented the collection “Power”
the Presentation of research papers “Power” took place on July 7 in city Council. Represented the labor of Chernivtsi mayor, the Chairman of the organizing Committee of the Municipal reads them. A. Kochanowski Alex Kaspruk, the co-chairs of the scientific editorial Board – doctor of political Sciences, Professor Anatoly Kruglashov, PhD with state administration Nikolay Yarmystyy and candidate of historical Sciences, associate Professor Sergey Hakman. “For Chernivtsi historically important topic is the development of local self-government – said mayor Alex Kaspruk. – Therefore the Municipal hearing gain weight, because during this conference discussed problems and prospects of local self-government, decentralization. Our task is to take the following readings at a high level”. Also Alex Kaspruk congratulated Sergey Hakman happy birthday and handed the scientist the Diploma of the mayor of Chernivtsi and Souvenirs. The book includes scientific articles written on the basis of the reports and messages delivered 18 November 2015 at the II International scientific conference “Municipal read the name Anton Kochanowski”. The materials of the collection cover the contemporary theoretical and practical approaches to the problems of local government, containing the views and results of scientific research on issues of public administration, local government, public service (in particular, in their historical perspective). In the collection of the disclosed topical issues of decentralization of power, socio-economic development, ethno-national and migration processes in the region and Ukraine as a whole and also deals with the foreign experience of municipal administration, its reform in the European countries.
