13 September 2016 indoor SCE “Lutskteplo” the opening sentences of the first stage of the tender for Lot No. 6 Boiler plant as an alternative fuel”, which is implemented in the framework of the Project of reconstruction of district heating in Lutsk financed from the funds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and a grant from the Fund Eastern European partnership on energy efficiency and environment (E5P). The boiler capacity of 5 MW, after installation, will provide continuous hot water of inhabitants of the residential district bearing plant during the interheating period. Tender documents acquired 13 companies from different countries, 8 of which submitted their proposals and, in particular, INTECH SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. (Slovakia), AXIS INDUSTRIES AB (Lithuania), UAB "ENERGIJOS TAUPYMO CENTRAS" (Lithuania), ENERSTENA Ltd. (Lithuania), ENERTEX SARL (France), the Company "TERM ALLIANCE (Ukraine), LLC "Viessmann" (Ukraine), JSC "UTEM-ENGINEERING" (Ukraine). Bids were opened in presence of bidders or their representatives, with the participation of technical adviser of the project is the Danish company Ramboll AS” employees of the SCE “Lutskteplo” and Lutsk city Council. The opening procedure was conducted by the Deputy Director on introduction of innovative technologies and international projects Bogdan Karachevsky. At the beginning of its work the evaluation Committee, which after consideration of the submitted proposals will determine the winner of the first stage of the tender. According to procedure, the tender is held in two stages: the first examines the technical offers of the participants, the second phase will be the evaluation of price proposals and determine the final winner.
