Andrej Kiska expressed his deep condolences to the wife and son of the deceased, which last year lost a very dear person — a loving husband and father. Victor N. Melnichuk was a soldier of the 14th mechanized brigade. The man went voluntarily to the front in April 2015. Died November 25, 2015 during a combat mission near the town of Krasnogorovka in the Donetsk region.
