Volyn Zakarpattya "on tour" will sit in custody
Lutsk the local Prosecutor's office performs procedural guidance pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against two 26-year-old resident of Uzhgorod, who robbed the house of a resident of Lutsk. On the morning of 25 October of this year, previously convicted (one – twice, the other – as much as four times) for crimes against ownership of Transcarpathia with two more of their countrymen decided to hold another's property in a house on Queen street in Lutsk. Convicted four times the attacker remained near the fence to monitor the situation, the other three through the window, entered the house and stole the laptop, causing the owners material damage in the amount of 4,000 UAH. Two thieves managed to detain hot on the trail thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officers who responded promptly to notify the property owner about the crime. They seized the stolen equipment. Two more "touring" escaped and are wanted. The detainee also reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 185 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (the theft made on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, connected to penetration into housing). Concerning them the measure of restraint in form of detention for 60 days. Attackers now check on participation in Commission of other crimes.
