December 26, there was held a practical seminar "Organization of work of tspau in the context of decentralization of powers, the implementation of the legislation in the field of registration of residence / stay individuals. Practical aspects of compliance with legislative requirements (problems, gaps and solutions)" organized by the "Ukrainian Association of centers of administrative services" with the financial support of the German cooperation office GIZ. The seminar was aimed at discussion of topical issues of practical realization of powers in the field of registration of residence of natural persons, maintenance and operation of Registries of local communities, practical aspects of preparation of materials on administrative offences, as well as making recommendations to the Central Executive authorities on the amendments to the legislation in this sphere of legal relations. About the state policy in the sphere of providing administrative services to the audience told the first Deputy Director of Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration Hope Nasikovsky. In its report, the official described the current state of Affairs in the Centers of administrative services in Vinnytsia region, as well as the direction and prospects of reforming the system of administrative services in Ukraine "Vinnytska oblast occupies the first position among all regions of Ukraine by number of provided administrative services, which proportion is 12% of the total volume in Ukraine. Of course, 69% of all provided administrative services provided by the Centers of administrative services in Vinnytsia. We have 28 Centers of providing administrative services, as well as 5 branches in the total volume of works 106. A positive offset is to improve the material-technical base of the Centers and the increase in their areas in some areas of the region. This year, Snape was funded by five times more than last year, and this gave the opportunity to improve the quality of administrative services".
