In the Rivne region, the Prosecutor's office in appeals to defend the legitimacy of claims about the return of school 95 hectares of land worth UAH 4.1 million in
the results of the adjudication the appeal of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region declared invalid the agreement to use the land plot worth UAH 4.1 million and it returned to the state. It is about 95 hectares of land in the village. Demydivka was transferred in 2013 one of the educational institutions in the use of private enterprise cooperation agreement. However, the Prosecutor's office found that the transaction between the parties is a sham, and said the contract - in fact, a disguised lease land, which the school ordered in violation of law, without the consent of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the relevant ministries. For these reasons, the Prosecutor's office appealed to the court demanding to recognize invalid the contract for the use of land and return it to the property of the state represented by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. However, the court of first instance the claim of the prosecution is not satisfied, in connection with the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region appealed to the Rivne economic court of appeal, consistently and firmly standing for the position of protection of interests of the state and the educational institution. The result – the court of appeal confirmed legality of requirements of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region. Therefore, an illegal decision of the trial court reversed, and the prosecution claim of nullity is granted.
