January 12, Chernihiv city Council held a meeting of the Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations, which revised the list of points of heating, and also discussed the main requirements to their arrangement in the case of low temperatures in Chernigov. A meeting was held with the participation of heads of structural divisions of the Chernihiv city Department UDSNS Ukraine in Chernihiv region were also invited heads of KP "new York", "Desniansko" Zheka-10, ZHEK-13 city Council and OZHBK. The head of Department concerning emergency situations and civil protection of population of the city Council Gregory Godun, who is Deputy Chairman of the Commission, said that in Chernihiv, the heating started to work from the 5th of January, in the days when she had severe frosts. It was determined 11 points where people that were on the street and froze, I could keep warm. Among them were divisions of gschs in the city. According to Gregory Godun, on frosty days to specific points asked for help 5 people, all of them were provided with the necessary assistance. He also said that in connection with the establishment of the terrorist threat level in Chernihiv region divisions of gschs in the city of Chernihiv are unable in the future to prevent their premises by unauthorized persons. Therefore, it is suggested to revise the list of stationary points of heating in the city of Chernihiv. Members of the Commission determined that now in Chernihiv clock will make citizens, which was frozen and need help in these points: city hospital (emergency Department): prospect Mira, 44; St. May 1st, 168; vul. May 1st, 170; vul. Textile workers, 36; - The Chernihiv regional center for radiation protection and recovery of the population: vul. Shevchenko, 160; Center of social adaptation and reintegration of street 25-30 people - vul. Svetinikolska, 33. Chief doctors of city hospitals, Chernihiv regional center of radiation protection and health improvement of the population, the leaders of the centre of social adaptation and reintegration of street, tricentrol social services, utilities and OZHBK recommended to determine the location (room) for heating buildings in their organizations and to ensure unimpeded access to the inhabitants of the city for heating in case of low air temperatures. Also, find the possibility of providing those in need of heating, warm blankets and hot drinks during the stay. At the meeting it was also noted that units of the State emergency service is always ready to help them if necessary. In addition, by reducing the temperature to minus 15 °C they will put up a tent for heating. About the location of these tents will be notified.
