In the Rivne region, the Prosecutor's office found violations at the time of purchase by the state of gasoline at the unreasonable prices
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region said in a lawsuit on the recognition of the additional agreement to the purchase agreement null and void, according to terms of which one of the government agencies had purchased gasoline at a price higher than the bid of the auction winner. During the processing of information about conducting public procurement prosecutors have established that after the procedure the customer and the winning bidder entered into a supplemental agreement, which unreasonably increased the price of diesel fuel and gasoline, while no fluctuations in retail prices of fuels and lubricants in the field is not fixed. Such actions led to the shortfall to the customer, as the Manager of budgetary funds, almost 6 thousand liters of fuel than the damage to the interests of the state.
