Information about criminal offenses included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations under four articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine, namely: - part 1 of article 115 (premeditated murder); - part 3 of article 136 (failure to render aid to a person who is in a dangerous condition); - part 2 of article 271 (infringement of requirements of the legislation on labor protection by the official, resulting in the death of the person); - part 1 of article 396 (in advance not promised concealment serious crime).
