Chernivtsi: Expanding the network of remote services pension
the Specialists of the Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region are constantly working to expand the provision of consultations to the population on pensions in video mode. Since February of the current year for operational consulting workers Chernivtsi training and production Association UTOS established cooperation with the administration of this institution. From now on, not looking up from his work, the people working in the institution, among them 131 persons with visual disabilities can receive consultations of experts of the Pension Fund with the help of video directly in the organization. Advice in video mode on pension issues embedded also in Chernivtsi municipal territorial center of social services "Care". Territorial centre classes of the "University of the third age" for the wards of the centre of advanced age. The arrangement places a computer in the center, where the visitors are the students of the University can obtain advice on all issues of pension provision, would help citizens to save time and efficiently and in full to obtain information concerning their pensions. Working bodies of the Pension Fund in the region is ongoing, it is planned to establish cooperation with other institutions for the provision of quality consultancy services via video conference on pension issues.
