The audit revealed a number of violations of compliance with regime requirements, health and material and social maintenance of the persons detained in the institution. Thus, the premise used in ' the prisoners does not always meet sanitary requirements for minimum floor space, lighting, heating and ventilation. There are comments from the inspection to the sanitary state of nutrition unit, equipment utensils, as well as individuals who are involved in the preparation of food. Violate the institution and the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On pre-HC'conclusion” in the case of the separation of persons suspected of committing serious crimes and other persons in custody. Therefore, the prosecution submitted instructions to the head of the state institution "of the Lutsk detention facility" with the requirement to immediately correct violations of requirements of legislation aimed at ensuring the rights of persons detained in the institution, and to prosecute the officials, through whose fault committed these violations.
