Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office investigates the fights in Vinnitsa city Council
as a result of events in the premises of Vinnytsia city Council of the Vinnitsa Department of the police Main Department of the National police in Vinnytsia region addressed two members of the city Council, of causing him bodily harm. On these statements in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information on signs of the criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 125 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, that is intentional slight bodily injury. Now investigators of the priority necessary actions aimed at rapid, complete, comprehensive, impartial’clarification of all circumstances of the incident. Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office carry out supervision over legality of these investigations in the form of a procedural manual, as the investigation is on control of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region. By results of carrying out necessary investigative actions and research on criminal proceedings will be taken legitimate decisions.
