The purpose of testing was to study the effectiveness of its child patients with jaundice syndrome. In our department Gepaton 3 are applied in children with conjugation jaundice and parenchymal hepatitis of various etiologies, including viral.
Were observed in 10 patients: 3 children with parenchymal hepatitis and 7 children with prolonged conjugation jaundice, 1 child was aged 3 years, 9 children - aged 1-2 months. After treatment, children reappointed survey, whose results were as follows: the KLA showed normalization of hemoglobin and red blood cells, leukocyte formula. In the biochemical analysis of blood, a decrease of bilirubin and transaminase levels to normal digits to 7-10-th day of the children of the study group and the 15-20-th day - in the control group.
