To the usual treatment we started adding the biologically active additives (BAA) Russia ArtLife company. If there is a huge choice in the domestic market of products containing calcium and drugs, comprised of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, produced by various foreign companies, the choice fell on Supplements "Kaltsimaks" and "Joint Flex.

Under the supervision of a physician podiatrist in the past two years there were 324 children aged from 3 months to a year. As a result of clinical and radiological examination of patients was identified following pathologies:
• dysplasia of the hip joints (TPA) - 206 children
• congenital subluxation of the hip (BIG) - 87 children
• congenital hip dislocation (CDH) - 31 children.
All the patients were divided into two groups - control and substantive.
Children from the control group received the following treatments: massage, exercise therapy, electrophoresis SaSl2, pillow Frejka, tire CITO, Pavlik's stirrups, etc.
Children in the study group to the above treatment was designated "Kaltsimaks" 1 capsule in the evening, starting with 3 months of age. Capsule been opened by parents and its contents were added to a small number of cases expressed breast milk or infant formula. When the child by feeding from the spoon contents of a capsule mixed with fruit or vegetable puree and given to children in the evening.
After 3-month treatment for all children was made a control radiograph of the hip joints.
Results for the control group:
• dysplasia of the hip joints (TPA) - positive dynamics and full recovery occurred in 60 children (76%);
• congenital subluxation of the hip (BIG) - in 6 children (17%) survived or subluxation was not eliminated completely, delay, formation of nuclei heads hips;
• congenital hip dislocation (CDH) - in 4 children (33%) luxation was not removed, the acetabulum is not formed.
All these children the treatment was continued.
Results of the study group whose children were receiving additional "Kaltsimaks:
• dysplasia of the hip joints (TPA) - full recovery occurred in 128 children (100%), the acetabulum and the nucleus of ossification heads hips were well formed;
• congenital subluxation of the hip (BIG) - fully recovered 50 children (94%);
• congenital hip dislocation (CDH) - 15 children (78%) completely recovered.
Dietary supplements "Kaltsimaks" and "Joint Flex", we also used in complex treatment of scoliosis, osteochondrosis, osteochondropathy, fractures, rachitic chest deformation, and Varus-valgus deformation tibia. Patients with scoliosis:
1-st degree observed in 75 children (from 8 to 16 years);
2 nd degree - 130 children (from 11 to 14 years),
3rd degree - 17 children (10 to 14 years).
In 90 children there were pains in the thoracic and lumbar spine, headaches. In 65 children with scoliosis 2 nd and 3 rd degree of radiographically detected osteochondrosis.
All the patients with spine pathology were appointed following treatment: massage, exercise therapy, igloreflekso therapy, Amplipuls, wearing orthopedic corsets and posture correctors, swimming, paraffin bath. "Kaltsimaks" is assigned as follows: from 6 to 14 years - 2 capsules in the evening, over 14 years - to 3 capsules in the evening.
Joint Flex administered to children from 10 to 16 years: 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals.
All the children one to two weeks marked the disappearance of pain, increase range of motion of the spine, decrease or complete disappearance of headaches. During the year the state of the patients is not adversely affected.
With osteochondropathy observed in all 57 children, including:
Perthes disease - 8 children (7 to 12 years);
disease Shoermanna Mau - 9 children (13 to 14 years) - these children in addition to primary treatment were appointed "Kaltsimaks" and "Joint Flex" in accordance with the age-dose;
disease Osgood-Shlyattera - 17 children (10 to 14 years);
disease-Hagglund Shintsa - 10 children (from 8 to 11 years);
Keller's illness - 10 children (from 8 to 12 years) - these children are provided "Kaltsimaks" 2 capsules in the evening.
